Acceptance

By accessing or using Capiaro, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Analytics Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

The service

Capiaro offers tools for tracking dividend data, projected income, payout calendars, Google Sheets formulas, and optional creator portfolio cards. It is educational software only. Capiaro is not a broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, fiduciary, or custodian, and does not execute trades or connect to your brokerage account.

Dividend, price, and forecast information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable. Projections rely on historical schedules and assumptions; dividends can be reduced, suspended, or eliminated. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for investment, tax, and financial decisions.

Accounts and your data

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and API keys, and keeping your device secure. You retain your rights in portfolio data you submit. You grant Capiaro a limited right to process that data only to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

Do not upload broker passwords, account credentials, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass quotas, or submit malicious content.

Public portfolios and embeds

You choose whether to publish a creator card and which fields it displays. You are responsible for reviewing every public setting and for the content, claims, and links on your public card. Published cards and embeds may be viewed, copied, and shared by others. Capiaro may remove or disable public content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or others' rights.

Waitlist communications

Joining the waitlist may result in a service confirmation. Early-access and product updates require your separate, affirmative opt-in. You can withdraw that marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect service messages required to administer an active account, payment, or specific request.

Paid plans and billing

Paid features, prices, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel before the next renewal. You authorize applicable charges and must keep a valid payment method on file. Refunds, if any, are handled as required by law or as stated at checkout.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, quotas, or data sources. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data coverage, or error-free results.

Intellectual property and feedback

Capiaro and its software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capiaro disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capiaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and updates

You may stop using Capiaro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is being misused. We may update these Terms; the revised date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
