## Educational analytics, not advice

Capiaro is not a broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, fiduciary, or custodian. Dividend, price, and forecast information can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

## Your use

Protect your credentials and API keys. Do not upload broker credentials, bypass quotas, disrupt the service, or publish content you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for reviewing and managing information made public through creator cards and embeds.

## Plans

Paid-plan pricing, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal.

## Waitlist emails

Capiaro may send a service confirmation when you join the waitlist. Early-access and product updates require separate opt-in consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

## Availability and liability

Features, quotas, integrations, and data sources can change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capiaro is provided as available and without warranties; its liability is limited as described in the full terms.
